Tideway Project
Love Water is Silver Accredited FORS and has won a loyal construction customer base including Multiplex, McLaren, Maylim, Vinci; to name a few. Most of our accounts have been won due to service issues from the large national watercooler companies.
Tideway is upgrading London’s sewerage system to cope with the great city’s growing population. A 25km tunnel will intercept, store and ultimately transfer sewage waste away from the River Thames. Preparatory work on the project began in 2015 and construction is now underway at each of 24 sites across London. The project should be completed in 2025.
Any construction site must by law provide potable water to the workforce. On a scheme of this kind, the need for good hydration is more essential than anywhere. Love Water takes pride in delivering healthy water to those involved in the Central section of the project, a joint venture between Ferrovial Agroman UK and Laing O’Rourke Construction,
We have over 60 bottled watercoolers on their sites, mainly situated in the construction sites and tunnel areas to provide the engineers and other staff with the necessary hydration, in what can be a challenging environment.
We deliver our water weekly and have backup personnel and delivery vehicles to ensure that visits are made seamlessly. Our team is well-versed in the disciplines of health & safety on site.
Love Water has quickly moved from Bronze to gain a Silver FORS accreditation and is now looking to go for Gold.
