Can you increase my pricing without notice?
We always provide notice of a price increase, notified to the customer email address we have on our system.
Will the price of the bottle deposit change?
Although we have seen a price increase on our purchase of bottles, we are not applying any change to the bottle deposit price on your account.
From what date will the new prices come into effect?
You will see the increase on invoices from 1 July 2026
How often will I be charged the Environmental Levy?
The environmental levy is charged alongside the frequency of your rental or maintenance. Purchased water dispensers are not charged.
