Once you have completed the Order Form and the Direct Debit Form, we will be in contact within 24 hours to say “hello and welcome!” and to arrange the initial setup.
At this point and for your total piece of mind, you will have the option to cancel your order and have a total refund.
If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange the day for the exciting part…the setup of your MINI dispenser!
Ideally, we like to set up our MINI home water dispenser in your home, so that we can make sure it’s working perfectly, and show you the machine’s features.
All our Delivery Reps wear protective masks, disposable gloves, shoe coverings, and insist on a two-metre distance rule (even though it’s been reduced to one metre!). We will ask you to show us when you want the MINI placed (within 1 metre from a plug point please). We will then take 5 minutes to get it up and running, and less than 5 mins giving you the rundown. Then we are out of the door and will leave you to enjoy the refreshing taste of our mineral water!
Of course, if you would prefer our Delivery Rep not to enter your home, we can leave it for you to set up as its very straightforward. We would need to see you when we deliver, and our Delivery Rep would give you the instructions and wait at the door until you are happy that it’s working fine.
Our service works rather like the Milkman service used to work.
Contact us when you have at least 4 empty bottles, and we will look to get to you within four business days.
On your delivery day, you leave your empties out for collection and we replace empties for fulls.
We are unable to give an exact time for delivery, so it’s important that your empty bottles are left in a place ready for collection. If there are no empty bottles, we will still deliver your scheduled full bottles and will be unable to collect empties until the following month.
