Blenheim Palace win gold at the British Bottlers Institute’s Annual awards!
Great news that Blenheim Palace winning gold for its mineral water at the British Bottlers’ Institute’s annual awards.
Blenheim Palace Natural Mineral Water is part of a centuries old tradition which began in the 12th century when King Henry II built a pleasure pool for his mistress Rosamund Clifford on the estate.
A team of judges took part in a two-day blind tasting with the mineral waters being marked on taste, aroma, discoloration and after-taste.
“Each year the level of competition has grown so to win an award becomes ever tougher,” said BBI president, Ed Binsted.
“For Blenheim Palace’s still water to come out on top, and this year by some margin, clearly shows it is a great product and one that was thoroughly enjoyed by the judges,” he added.
As well as taking gold in the still water competition, Blenheim Palace also picked up a silver in the carbonated water category.
This is the reason why we supply the Blenheim Palace water in Glass bottles and with our water coolers.
