Try to keep the water dispenser and in particular the bottle out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.
Our dispensers are unique as they have totally replaceable water trails that when sanitising guarantee 100% hygiene.
Please also keep in mind that there is always the slightest risk that at some time you could have a spillage or leak from a damaged bottle – so you should always site your dispenser in an area where a water leak will not cause damage to anything else. We do not accept responsibility for spillages and leaks that occur after we deliver to you. Always check the bottles for any sign of damage on delivery and notify Love Water by e-mail customerservices@lovewater.com within 48 hours. The most vulnerable time for spillages/leaks is when you put a new bottle on your dispenser. You should check the area around your dispenser for wetness ten minutes after changing bottles.
