Your cooler dispenses Blenheim Palace Natural Mineral Water, a premium quality drinking water, normally available only in glass bottles and available as a Table Water in the finest restaurants and hotels.
We will shortly be including you on our delivery schedule for your area but if you find you are running low in between our deliveries, please give us a call when you put your last bottle on, or log on to our website www.lovewater.com and place an order through our Enquiry Form.
We operate a paperless method of invoicing which is monitored by the Oneposting website. On a monthly basis you will receive a .pdf copy of your invoices by email attachment.

Regarding the maintenance of your machine, every month please ask your office cleaner to wipe the cup rest to mop any spilt water. Every three months or so our delivery driver will sanitise your MINI & MAXI by changing the watertrail to keep the mineral water dispensed in tip top condition.
When you take off an empty bottle, brace the dispenser and give the bottle a good vertical “yank” to release it from the valve. When putting a bottle on, take off the sticker on the top of the bottle, lift the bottle and push it down as straight as possible and put a little weight on the top to ensure that it has a nice snug fit on the dispenser. You can then move the bottle around so that the water label is at the front.

The unit can be rented for £2.50 + VAT per month (initial £30 refundable deposit), or purchased outright for £75.00 + VAT.
